🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

Noisy Boys Namibia

Effective Date: 24 February 2026

1. Overview

At Noisy Boys Namibia, we strive to supply quality RC products and parts.

Due to the nature of RC vehicles and components, certain return conditions apply.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

2. Reporting Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Clear photos and a description of the issue must be provided.

We reserve the right to inspect the item before approving a replacement or refund.

3. Warranty

  • Car kits and selected products are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Improper installation, misuse, modification, or incorrect setup voids any warranty.

  • Electrical and mechanical components damaged due to incorrect use are not eligible for replacement.

RC products require proper installation and setup. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling.

4. Unwanted Items

Unwanted items may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused.

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Installed electrical components

  • Custom ordered or special order items

  • Pre-order items (unless faulty)

  • Items damaged by misuse

6. Return Shipping

  • Return courier costs are for the customer’s account.

  • We do not arrange return courier services.

  • Items remain the customer’s responsibility until received and inspected by us.

7. Refund Process

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via EFT.

  • Refunds may take 2–5 business days to reflect.

  • Store credit may be offered where appropriate.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the return conditions are not met.

8. Courier Disclaimer

If delivery was arranged via courier:

Once the item is collected by the courier, risk transfers to the customer.

Noisy Boys Namibia is not responsible for damage or loss during transit.

9. Collection Returns

Returns for pickup orders must be arranged in advance.
