1. Overview

Noisy Boys Namibia is an online store operating within Namibia.

We supply products nationwide. All courier arrangements and shipping costs are for the customer’s account unless otherwise agreed in writing.

📦 Delivery & Courier

Courier of Client’s Choice

Customers are responsible for arranging their own courier.

  • Shipping is strictly for the client’s account.

  • The client may select any courier operating within Namibia.

  • Courier fees are paid directly by the customer to the courier.

  • Noisy Boys Namibia does not include delivery charges in product pricing.

Once full payment has been confirmed, parcels will be prepared and made available for collection by the customer’s chosen courier.

Dispatch Process

  • Orders are processed once full payment reflects in our account.

  • Parcels are only released after payment confirmation.

  • Customers must arrange courier collection after receiving confirmation that the order is ready.

  • No parcels will be handed over without confirmed payment.

Risk & Responsibility

Once the parcel has been collected by the customer’s chosen courier:

  • Risk transfers to the customer.

  • Noisy Boys Namibia is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit.

  • Any claims must be handled directly with the courier service.

Customers are strongly encouraged to request shipping insurance through their courier if required.

Delivery Area

We currently supply and ship within Namibia only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

🏬 Collection / Pick-Up

Customers may also collect orders in person by prior arrangement.
