Noisy Boys Namibia

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through Noisy Boys Namibia.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

  • Cash on Collection (Pickup only)

We do not offer courier Cash on Delivery (COD).

No orders will be processed, prepared, or released until full payment has been received and confirmed.

3. Payment Confirmation

  • All EFT payments must reflect in our bank account before orders are released.

  • Proof of payment does not constitute confirmation of payment.

  • Orders remain pending until funds clear.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders placed on the website must be confirmed via our official WhatsApp channel.

An order is only considered accepted once:

  • Payment has been confirmed, and

  • The order has been acknowledged by Noisy Boys Namibia.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders not paid within 3 (three) business days from the date of order placement may be automatically cancelled.

The first day is considered the date the order was placed.

6. Shipping & Courier

  • Shipping is arranged by the client.

  • Courier fees are for the client’s account.

  • The client may select any courier operating within Namibia.

  • Once collected by the courier, risk transfers to the customer.

  • Noisy Boys Namibia is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays during transit.

We ship within Namibia only.

7. Product Availability & Pre-Orders

Some products may be listed as available for pre-order.

  • Pre-orders are subject to supplier availability.

  • Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed.

  • Delays from suppliers are beyond our control.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will be notified and offered a refund or alternative where possible.

8. Returns & Faulty Items

Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

  • Assessment may be required before approval.

  • If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.

Shipping costs for returns are for the customer’s account unless otherwise agreed.

9. Warranty

  • Car kits and certain products are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Improper installation, misuse, modification, or incorrect setup voids any warranty.

  • Mechanical and electrical components damaged due to incorrect use are not eligible for replacement.

10. Unwanted Items

Unwanted items may be returned if:

  • They are unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

11. Limitation of Liability

Noisy Boys Namibia shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Courier-related damage or delays

  • Incorrect installation or misuse of products

  • Supplier delays on special or pre-order items

12. Amendments

Noisy Boys Namibia reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
